Sabé Living was founded as a privately-owned, family business with an ambition to contribute purpose-built, quality homes for the regeneration of local towns and city centers, addressing the increasing housing demand in the UK.
More than just a company, the brand represents a personal journey for our founder, who combined the names of her two sons, Samuel “Sam” and Gabriel “Gabe”. The word “Sabé” which also means “savvy” or “to know” in Spanish, reflects our expertise in reimagining spaces with a deep understanding of the communities we serve.

Hannah Haikal, Founder and Managing Director
With over 20 years of experience and a professional doctorate in organisational psychology, Hannah has seamlessly integrated expertise in psychology and business with a passion for property development.
As an expat living and working in Dubai, Hannah successfully scaled a UK property portfolio from thousands of miles away, leveraging leadership skills and an ability to “work through others” honed from her corporate career leading geographically dispersed teams.
Hannah’s property journey began a decade ago as an overseas landlord. From a modest portfolio of single lets in Newcastle and Hertfordshire to transformative projects like converting a former pub into high-quality, co-living spaces in Manchester. She is driven by a vision to redefine untapped commercial and residential properties while making a meaningful social impact through property development.
At Sabé Living, Hannah collaborates with a dedicated team of property experts and greatly values the pivotal role they play in bringing her vision to life which reflects their shared commitment to excellence and inclusive values.
