Radcliffe, Greater Manchester
Former pub and mixed-use building conversion to two high-end co-living residences (live project)
Formerly an old pub from the 1970s, The Paper Makers Arms has undergone a series of transitions, including subsequent use as a gym and pharmacy on the ground floor with residential to the top floor.
Recognising its potential in an emerging area of Radcliffe in Bury, we are now redeveloping this property into high-end coliving accommodation. Full planning permission was granted in February 2024 to achieve the change of use from commercial and residential to two multi-let properties.
The project will feature both seven and five-bedroom all en-suite units, offering premium living solutions in a burgeoning neighbourhood. This transformation exemplifies our dedication to revitalising underutilised properties and enhancing community living standards.

Little Hulton, Greater Manchester
Residential conversion to co-living property
This project involved the transformation of a traditional three-bedroom residential property into a modern five-bedroom co-living space, each unit with ensuite facilities. Utilising permitted development rights for change of use, this redevelopment optimises the existing structure to meet the growing demand for high-quality shared living accommodation.
The new layout provides residents with enhanced privacy and comfort, offering contemporary living designed to appeal to professionals in the area. This conversion reflects our commitment to creating innovative housing solutions that align with market needs and maximise property value.
